Where we ship

Calbry & Co ships to all 50 US states.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is $4.99. Orders of $50 or more ship free. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Most orders then arrive within 8 to 15 business days. Our products ship directly from our manufacturing partners, which keeps prices low but takes longer than domestic warehouse shipping. Delivery may take longer during major holidays or because of customs, weather, or carrier delays outside our control.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel to your door. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Multiple items

If you order several items they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You are never charged extra for this.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of the ship date, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
