Thoughtful gear for dogs and cats
Calbry & Co is a small independent pet supply store. We started in 2026 with a simple idea: most pet gear is either cheap and disposable or expensive for no good reason. We spend our time in the middle, looking for the harnesses, beds, bowls and toys that are genuinely well made and genuinely worth what they cost.
How we choose what we sell
We do not list a catalogue of everything. Every product on this site has been picked by hand against the same short checklist: a manufacturer with a real track record, a rating of 4.3 stars or higher across a meaningful number of verified buyers, materials and stitching that hold up to a dog who pulls, and a price we can defend. If a product fails any of those, it does not go on the site.
How we ship
We are a direct-to-customer store. We do not run our own warehouse. Your order is packed and dispatched by the manufacturing partner who makes the product, which is how we keep prices where they are. In practice that means:
- Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
- Delivery to the United States typically takes 8 to 15 business days after dispatch.
- Tracking is emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves the facility.
- Shipping is 4.99 USD, and free on orders of 50 USD and above.
- The price you pay at checkout is the full price. If a carrier ever asks you for an import fee on a Calbry & Co order, do not pay it. Email us the notice and we will settle it directly.
We say this plainly on every product page too. We would rather tell you it takes two weeks than promise two days and disappoint you.
If something goes wrong
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything that is not right. Write to us at hello@calbryco.com and a person will answer you, usually within one business day. Our full terms are in the Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
